The Department of Energy has announced that it will modify the competition requirements for the L Prize PAR 38 category. GE Lighting announces a call for entries for the 28th annual GE Edison Award competition.

The Royal Incorporation of Architects in Scotland (RIAS) has presented Jonathan Speirs of lighting design firm Speirs and Major with a Lifetime Achievement Award – the highest accolade within Scottish architecture.
