GE shows us how it’s done. This video shows off the company’s R&D capabilities. Scientists generated 2 million volts of electricity using a Marx generator. Super capacitors, capable of emitting and absorbing large surges of energy, captured that “lightning” in a bottle. The scientists use the bottle to power an electric car and drive off.

Linear Fluorescent Lamp Indexes Continue Year-Over-Year Decline

NEMA’s linear fluorescent lamp shipments indexes continued their year-over-year decline in 2015Q4.
