EPA Issues Guidance on PCB-Containing Fluorescent Ballasts

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has released guidance recommending that schools take steps to reduce potential exposures to PCBs from older fluorescent lighting fixtures. Click here to learn more. There should not be a single school in the country using these ballasts. They should be replaced immediately with higher-efficiency lighting systems.
