AMP Lighting has expanded its AMP iQ Smart Landscape Lighting System with the Smart RGBCW LED Deck Light, Powered by AMP iQ, bringing intelligent color and white-light control to outdoor applications. Designed to provide subtle, low-glare illumination, the compact fixture combines durable cast brass construction with flexible lighting capabilities that enhance safety, define architectural details and create ambiance.
Designed to integrate naturally into outdoor architecture, the deck light provides targeted illumination for steps, deck perimeters, docks and piers, seating areas, railings and other locations where controlled light improves visibility and safety without overwhelming the surrounding environment.
Through the AMP iQ mobile app, users can adjust brightness, select from millions of colors and fine-tune white light to suit the setting. Tunable white options range from 2200K to 4000K, including preset CCT selections of 2200K, 2500K, 2700K, 3000K, 3500K and 4000K. The RGBCW light source allows users to transition from warm, inviting illumination to vibrant colors for entertaining, holidays and special events.
The fixture is part of the AMP iQ smart lighting ecosystem and communicates through an integrated Bluetooth mesh network, allowing devices to work together across an installation. The Deck Light supports distances of up to 25 feet between fixtures, while other AMP iQ devices can communicate at distances of up to 100 feet. Together, the devices form a robust mesh network that helps extend connectivity throughout landscape installations.
The AMP iQ Smart RGBCW LED Deck Light can be organized into groups and zones through the AMP iQ mobile app, allowing users to customize lighting for different areas and activities. When paired with the AMP iQ Smart Gateway, the system adds capabilities such as automated scheduling and remote access.
Built for demanding outdoor environments, the deck light features solid cast brass construction designed to withstand the elements and deliver lasting performance. Available in antique bronze, which naturally develops a patina over time, or a marine-grade polyester powder coating rated for a minimum 3,000-hour salt spray test per ASTM B117, the fixture complements a range of architectural and landscape styles while maintaining a refined, unobtrusive appearance.
The AMP iQ Smart RGBCW LED Deck Light is UL and cUL listed and backed by a lifetime warranty for residential and commercial applications.
