Product Monday: Award-Winning Kwikset Halifax LED Lever

Kwikset announced that its Halifax LED Lever door handle was named a winner in Good Housekeeping’s 2026 Home Renovation Awards. The full list of awards can be found at goodhousekeeping.com/homereno2026.

The LED light illuminates as you approach, making the handle easy to find in the dark, in kids’ bedrooms, or during a power outage. The lever is available in passage and privacy functions in Matte Black. It is also available as an LED lever attachment, which can be added to the passage or privacy lever to illuminate both sides of your door. The LED light illuminates the handle with a 4000K natural white glow, as you approach it in the dark. It’s motion-activated and ideal for bathrooms, bedrooms and hallways. The product includes one long-lasting AAA battery for consistent, reliable power. The battery offers at least eight months of battery life (based on 20, 10-second daily activations) and can easily be replaced. LED Lever can be combined with other Halifax levers for a unified, modern look throughout a home.
