LightFair 2025 Partnering With HD Expo & Las Vegas Design Center

LightFair has announced that the 2025 trade show and conference will be co-located with HD Expo + Conference, as well as open showrooms at the Las Vegas Design Center (LVDC). The three events combined are being dubbed “Las Vegas Interior Design Week.”

LightFair will be May 4-8, 2025 at the Las Vegas Convention Center South Hall, with 400+ manufacturers and 15,000 attendees expected. HD Expo runs May 6-8, 2025 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center, and is expecting 650 exhibits and 8,000 attendees. LVDC is open daily at World Market Center Las Vegas, Building A, and expects 30+ designer showrooms to be open, alongside select market-only showrooms.

Each design venue will provide complimentary reciprocal badging along with free shuttle service connecting the three locations. On the first night of the Design Week, May 6, 2025, all three markets are planning to co-host a combined celebration, open to all exhibitors and attendees. Space selection for LightFair is expected to begin in April 2024, while registration will open February 1, 2025.
