OSRAM SYLVANIA has introduced a full line of “True Replacement” LED lamps marketed as direct replacements for standard incandescent, halogen and compact fluorescent lamps in commercial and residential applications.
The 8W LED A-Line can replace a 40W incandescent A-line lamp typically found in table lamps, ceiling and wall mounted luminaires.
Another common form factor around the home and hospitality applications is the B10 shape; the incandescent B10, or candelabra shape lamp is the most popular bulb in chandeliers, but can also be found in ceiling and wall-mounted fixtures to add elegance and intrigue to the fixture design. SYLVANIA’s LED B10 lamp preserves the sparkle of the incandescent B10 to enhance the classic beauty of chandelier fixtures. In this LED B10 lamp, the LED itself is enclosed in a clear glass envelope and has a crystal-like light concentrator to uniquely fragment the light and add stylishness to the disbursement.
Sylvania also offers LED replacements for 60W halogen PAR38 lamps. The LED PAR38 generates a standard 30° Flood beam with a center beam candle power at 2350 cd. It consumes 15.5W power and offers 75% savings over the 60W halogen PAR38 flood. The LED replacement features a CRI of 87. In addition, the LED PAR family also includes LED PAR30 Long Neck LED PAR20, LED PAR16 and LED MR16.
