Hong Kong Trade Development Council Plans Two Major Events for Autumn 2024

In 2023, 62,000 people from 145 countries and regions attended three lighting industry events organized by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC): Hong Kong International Lighting Fair (Autumn Edition), the Hong Kong International Outdoor and Tech Light Expo and the Eco Expo Asia.

Of the nearly 770 exhibitors participating in an independent study commissioned by the organizers, 67% expected overall sales to continue growing, and 32% expected sales to remain the same. Most respondents agreed that smart lighting holds potential for the next two years, with home automation and lighting controls leading the market.

For 2024, the HKTDC promises that their lighting fair and outdoor and tech light expo will showcase the latest advancements that “seamlessly integrate light and life,” the Connected Lighting Zone is a key highlight to display and demonstrate this integration.
