  • CLEANLIFE acquired the low-voltage lighting technology of ATX LED Consultants, Inc. Details here.
  • TUV SUD (testing lab and certifications) acquired both Sustainable Investment Group LLC (SIG) and Green Building Education Services LLC (GBES). Expands sustainable building services. Details here.
  • EverLast Lighting shuts down operations, June 1. Details here.
