Product Monday: Dark Sky-Friendly Luminaire by Crossroads LED

Crossroads LED’s Astrophile Series luminaires are specifically designed to dramatically reduce light pollution, light trespass, and glare, the first and only dark-sky certified street lights to be listed on the International Dark-Sky Association’s (IDA) Fixture Seal of Approval Program (FSA) with color temperatures as low as 1600K. The IDA recently recognized the product with its Lighting Design and Technical Innovation Award.

The luminaires are adjustable from 45 to 160 watts and adjustable from 5,400 to 18,000 lumens. Features include integrated and adjustable internal house-side shielding; Type I, II, III, IV and V distribution patterns; and field replaceable and upgradable LED modules and power supplies.
