Nessen Lighting has announced that it has been purchased from Philips Lighting, which owned the company since early 2008, along with sister company D’ac Lighting, launched by Nessen in 1995, by a newly formed holding company called Coldstream Group, owned and run by Nessen Lighting’s management. The announcement was made jointly by Charles J. Florio, now chief executive officer, and Robert N. Haidinger, Jr., now president, of both manufacturers.
