OSRAM SYLVANIA Files Suit to Enforce and Protect Induction Lighting Patents

OSRAM SYLVANIA has commenced a lawsuit in Canada against Canadian lighting distributors Lakefront Lighting Inc. of Cobourg, Ontario and Luxlite Inc. of Mississauga, Ontario for selling and offering to sell electrodeless induction lamps that are alleged to infringe OSRAM SYLVANIA’s Canadian Patent No. 2,185,267.

    Induction lighting was introduced hundred years ago, why Osram try to suppressed other peoples idea. This is a the edge of technology where people actually have the similar ideas that comes into their mind.I mean, it was invented years ago so people will only change its shape, life,etc.Please concentrate with regulating products coming from china because lot of these products are hazardous, low life and waste of money.

    I like htis organization, it help me a lot in gaining knowledge and helping customers to have better lighting.
