BriteSwitch recently published a post on its website analyzing the best and worst regions of the United States for lighting rebates.
While the firm found no clear winner due to the wide variation in rebates by territory, they concluded:
• The three states with the highest population have the worst rebates
• Rebates in the Northeast are generous, but there’s a catch
• The Midwest and Southwest offer strong incentives but with wide variation
BriteSwitch also evaluated areas in which rebate funding is drained more quickly than anticipated, and how the type of product selected makes a big difference in the rebate.
