People: LED One Taps Lighting Industry Veteran Boyd Corbett to Lead U.S. Sales Division

LED manufacturer LED One has announced that it has appointed Boyd Corbett as Vice President of Sales for its North American subsidiary, LED One, Inc. Corbett will have responsibilities for the development of sales channels, marketing and sales strategies, and customer relationships in North America for the company’s solid state lighting products.

Corbett is well-known in the lighting industry, having previously held executive sales and marketing positions with such leading companies as Philips Lighting and Belfer Lighting Group. An active member of the IESNA for twenty-five years, he has served on the organization’s Board of Directors as both Treasurer and Director and is currently the President of the IESNA’s Chicago section.

I’ve known Boyd going back many years. He’s a great guy and LED One is lucky to have him.
