LiteTrace Launches EmerLite™: Revolutionizing Emergency Lighting Testing with Wireless Technology

Breakthrough Bluetooth® Mesh Platform Expands Product Portfolio with New Brand

COLUMBIA, MD – May 6, 2025 – LiteTrace today unveiled EmerLite™, a wireless platform revolutionizing emergency lighting compliance for commercial facilities. This launch adds a new brand to LiteTrace’s intelligent building technology solutions.

Powered by Bluetooth® mesh technology and integrated with the Keilton+autani ecosystem, EmerLite™ eliminates manual testing through automation, smartphone management, and cloud documentation—saving facilities an average of $125 per unit annually.

“Emergency lighting testing remains one of the final building systems awaiting digital transformation,” said Chris Primous, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at LiteTrace. “With EmerLite™, we’re replacing outdated clipboards and paper logs with an intelligent wireless system while expanding our vision of comprehensive building intelligence.”

Intelligent Compliance. Enhanced Safety. Substantial Savings.

EmerLite™ automates NFPA 101 and OSHA-mandated tests for emergency lighting through:

  • Automated testing sequences via the mobile app
  • Real-time status monitoring with color indicators
  • Instant maintenance alerts
  • Digital compliance reports for inspections

Comprehensive Solution Portfolio

The EmerLite™ solution includes battery backups, emergency drivers, and exit/emergency lighting and signage. Users can manage devices through the EmerLite™ app or existing Keilton+autani mobile applications.

Hardware components meet UL924, CSA C22.2 No. 141, and CEC Title 20 standards, featuring high-temperature lithium batteries with a 10-year lifespan. During emergencies, the system broadcasts override signals across evacuation routes. All test data is securely stored in AWS cloud servers with no fees for historical records.

LiteTrace has established partnerships with manufacturers who have developed EmerLite™-enabled products. Luminaire manufacturers, facility managers, and building owners can contact LiteTrace for information about ecosystem partners.
