LIGHTFAIR has issued a Call for Speakers for the 2020 event, which will be held May 3-7, 2020 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.

LEDucation 2020, the trade show and conference organized by the Designers Lighting Forum of New York (DLFNY), is accepting submissions for presentation proposals to be given during the 2020 conference taking place March 17–18, 2020, at the New York Hilton Midtown in New York City.

The Illuminating Engineering Society’s Annual Conference August 8-10, 2019 in Louisville, KY will provide a range of educational programming, including workshops, seminars, immersive experiences, tours, networking, and paper and poster presentations on the art, design, science, and research of lighting.

At the 2019 LRC Summit, Robert White, M.D., Director of the Regional Newborn Program at Beacon Children’s Hospital and Chair of the Standards Committee for NICU Design will give a keynote titled, “Impact of the Physical Environment on the Wellbeing of Patients, Families, and Caregivers.”

Strategies in Light, which will be held February 11-13, 2020 at the San Diego Convention Center, recently announced a call for speakers. The deadline for abstracts is June 5, 2019.

On May 16, from 12-1 PM ET, the Illuminating Engineering Society will host a webinar presenting ANSI/IES RP-8-18 | Practice for Design and Maintenance of Roadway and Parking Facility Lighting.

Heading into its 14th year, LEDucation 2020 will return to New York City and kick off on Saint Patrick’s Day, March 17, 2020. The two-day trade show and conference will be held in the heart of the city, at the New York Hilton Midtown.

Designed to offer a dedicated conference and trade show for West Coast lighting specifiers, LightShow West will be held this year on September 25-26 at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
