The Illuminating Engineering Society has announced its 2018 Progress Report is now open to submissions. IES is looking for significant new advancements in lighting products, research, publications, and design tools from the past year.

LIT Design Awards has announced the winners of its first annual International Competition for Lighting Product Design and Implementation.

ARCHITECTURAL SSL recently announced its eighth annual Product Innovation Awards competition, recognizing outstanding products and product developments relating to solid-state lighting. The magazine welcomes products to be submitted for consideration. The deadline is March 23, 2018.

IESNYC recently put out a call for entries for next year’s Lumen Awards program. The deadline is January 29, 2018.

Submissions open January 2, 2018 for the IES Illumination Awards program, which recognizes individuals for professionalism, ingenuity and originality in lighting design.

The 38th annual High-Benefit Lighting Awards Program is now underway. Sponsored by the National Lighting Bureau, this unique program is open to lighting practitioners associated with a new or upgraded illumination system that provides substantial benefits. Entries must be received by the no later than December 31, 2017.
