Incandescent Lamp Shipments Index Remains Resilient Through Third Quarter

NEMA’s index for traditional A-line incandescent lamps increased 20.2% during Q3 2012 rebounding from a slide of 18.2% in Q2 2012. Product Monday: MR16 50W Equivalent LED Lamp by Toshiba

Toshiba International Corporation’s MR16 GU5.3 LED lamp generates up to 540 lumens at 9.1W, offering a direct replacement for 50W halogen lamps with up to 80% energy savings. The new MR16 is available in 2700K, 3000K and 4000K, and 25 and 35 degree distributions.
