People: New Executive Appointments at Sylvania, GE, LSG, Coldstream

OSRAM SYLVANIA Ltd., the company’s Canadian business, has appointed Graham Wark president. He succeeds James Johnson, who has been named President and General Manager of Valeo Sylvania.

Lighting Science Group Corporation has appointed Jeremy Cage as Chief Executive Officer. Cage replaces Brad Knight, who served as Interim CEO while the Board worked with an executive search firm, and who will continue to serve as Chief Operating Officer.

Gary Gulden has joined manufacturer Coldstream Group, Inc. as partner and fellow principal. Coldstream Group is parent organization to manufacturers Nessen and d’ac, for which Gulden serves as vice president of business development.

GE has appointed Agostino Renna as president and CEO of GE Lighting Europe, Middle East and Africa, succeeding Phil Marshall, who left the company to pursue an outside position. Renna, who most recently served as vice president of growth and market strategy for GE-Canada, reports to GE Lighting President and CEO Maryrose Sylvester.
