Already there are three major manufacturers making INCANDESCENT bulbs that meet the new federal standards, they are for sale today. Those that prefer incandescents – like Mr Brandston – will be able to purchase them after the regulations go into place. They will cost more but will pay for themselves with energy savings. Perhaps we don’t all need to rush to our phones and complain to our elected representatives just yet since Mr. Brandston is leaving important facts out of his argument.
